Hi, I’m Paulina Sotelo, Mexican, licensed esthetician in the U.S., and founder of Fit And Sexy Health Spa.

My journey into skincare started when I was 18, after struggling with severe acne that affected more than just my skin, it impacted my self-esteem. That experience made me realize how much our skin can influence how we feel about ourselves… and how powerful it can be to heal it.

I decided to turn that pain into purpose. I trained professionally in aesthetics and have spent over 10 years specializing in facials, lymphatic drainage, therapeutic massage, and laser technology. I’ve never stopped learning, because I believe every skin deserves real, expert care with visible results.
